Heart Imagery TSOTH workshop
Heart Imagery is an ancient system that originates from ancient Tibetan, Sumerian and Vedic spiritual mystery schools. Heart Imagery teaches you how to balance your mental, emotional and physical bodies and it harmonises your energy. These techniques, brought back to us by The School of the Heart (TSOTH) are effective in breaking emotional loops , shaming inner critic, overthinking minds and even physical dis-ease.

JOURNEYS INTO THE HEART workshop of The School of the Heart (TSOTH) is based on a series of experiences of Masters and Mystics from all over the world since the inception of the human race. This workshop teaches people to enter into the space of the heart. It is ONLY from living in the heart that we truly experience the forgiveness and healing that transforms our lives. There are many ways of coming into the heart, very often it is by chance that we experience this. This workshop teaches many different techniques so that deliberately entering the heart can be practiced at any time.
